Unlike dating apps, SG DMIM provides a human-led, curated matching experience. Our matchmakers personally review compatibility beyond what profiles and stated preferences can capture — considering observed signals of attraction and long-term alignment. Every member is vetted, and only relevant parts of your profile are shared with your matches, ensuring privacy and discretion throughout.
The process is straightforward and takes less than one hour of your time from registration to receiving your first match:
Timelines vary depending on our current member pool and how specific your preferences are. We aim to identify compatible matches as quickly as possible. Importantly, your plan duration only begins once a match has been confirmed — so you are never counting down the clock while waiting.
No in-person meeting is required before joining. Our onboarding process is conducted remotely and is designed to be efficient and respectful of your time.
Matches are selected by our matchmakers based on your profile details, stated preferences, personality, lifestyle, and relationship goals. We also factor in observed compatibility signals that go beyond what a profile form can capture. Our aim is fewer, higher-quality introductions — not volume.
We only request payment after we have confirmed mutual matches that align with your profile and preferences. You will not be charged simply for registering or completing your profile. If we cannot find suitable matches for you, you do not pay.

Your plan duration begins only when a match has been identified and confirmed — not from the date of payment or registration. This ensures you receive the full benefit of your chosen plan.
We offer a 100% refund at the end of your package duration if two conditions are met: the matches provided did not reasonably align with your stated preferences, and you cooperated in good faith throughout the process. You can read the full details on our Service Guarantee page.
Yes. SG DMIM reserves the right to terminate services without a refund in cases of misrepresentation, inappropriate behaviour toward matches or staff, lack of genuine intent, or non-cooperation with the matchmaking process. We maintain these standards to protect the experience for all members.
Yes. Only the necessary parts of your profile are shared with your matches — and only with your consent as part of the introduction process. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
All members go through a multi-step verification process to confirm authenticity and credibility. This ensures that everyone you meet through SG DMIM is a genuine, marriage-minded individual — not a casual user or an unverified stranger.
Your information is shared only with our matchmaking team during the process, and selected profile details are shared with prospective matches — only information you have consented to share. We handle all personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

One of our matchmakers will contact you within 5 business days for a brief introductory conversation. If your profile aligns with our requirements, we will proceed to collect more detail about your background, personality, and what you are looking for in a partner.
